There are many pre-made layouts that you can just drop photos into, there are blank layouts with no papers/embellishments, etc., or you can completely design your own.
For most of you who use digital scrapbooking, do you just do albums on line, or do you pay the $$ to have them printed. I can't imagine trying to print mine out (my computer and I are not on friendly terms). I would love to try it, but I am afraid that it would be really expensive in the long run.

When I do hybrid cards, I just print out panels and add them to my cardstock base. For albums and full pages, I send them to a print service. I have used both the SU service and one that sends me periodic coupons. MDS is versatile. My last album was a mixture of pages from the discount site and MDS pages that I uploaded to it. It turned out great.
What I love about it is you can add their new images really cheap. And they never retire!!
Its an awesome program. My header on my blog is made with it and I'm really techniquely challenged. So its not terribly fancy but it works for me!!
