still having problem today can not get on site I clear cookies history turned computer off . I have AOL have to access using Google Chrome. Never had problem before the redo
I'm still having problems accessing the home page. I can get in by doing a search and coming in to the forums or the gallery, but there appears to still be a broken link to the home page.
I cleared *all* my history, caches yesterday morning and was finally able to get to SCS without any problems. I visited SCS a couple of times yesterday with no problems.
However, today I'm getting another problem when I try to get on SCS. Today it says, Database Error! I am on AOL with Verizon and IE8 as my browsers. I have no problems going to any other sites.
The only way I've been able to get on at all is through the back door (old links from e-mails that I haven't deleted, yet).

I have had problems all day with the site...I can get in to the home page but cannot get into any of the galleries, even my own...I get a blank white screen and in the bottom left corner it says done. I have done a disk cleanup,etc. but hasn't helped...it's the site, not me!
I've had problems off an on all day. I'll be refreshing a thread I'm chatting in, or switching from on thread to another in the forums and I will get the database error. Anything from 2 minutes to 45 minutes or so before I'm able to get back in.

Just started having problems a few minutes ago. Keep getting "database error" when I try the front door. I have been able to log on through a saved link, though. I cleared my cache and am still getting the error. Cannot click on ''my subscriptions" or the gallery without getting the error, but I can click on forums and new posts.
I am also getting the Database Error message when attempting to enter site through front door as well. I was able to get onto forum to check to see if anyone else was having issues, but have been unable to view galleries. I also get a blank white screen when attempting to view galleries or other pages.
I can get into the galleries, cut see the Database error when trying to get to the forums or my subscriptions. I got here from the home page link, but if I click on the "forums" button, I'm getting an error.
i still can't access the home page and now all but 3 of my cards have been deleted from my gallery. i cleared the cache, deleted my browsing history, cleared cookies - any other suggestions? thanks.
Out of town but just checked my gallery and most of my cards are gone. I am going to wait patiently for them to return. Just wanted you to know the problem. Thanks.

I have the fix for the AOL users in the Site Migration thread - that has all the steps you need to clear your browser and get running normally on the site. AOL is very slow to recognize server changes.

Favourites
I use to copy the cards and put it in my iphoto for inspiration, however since the changes I can no longer do this... I won't use My favourites as I can't get back to the regular gallery where I left off...I have to go back to home and start again... it just keeps cycle back to the card I just put in my favorites..... very frustrating.......

Hmm. You may need a reboot. Also, make sure you're not accessing via a bookmark - Nav directly to the site with the address bar after reboot.
Ok, I cleared all bookmarks, rebooted, did a cache wipe again. Now I am able to access the site through the home page, however, I am still not able to click on "my subscriptions" without getting the data base error. Weird, huh?

I went into my control panel and opened up my "list subscriptions". Then I saved and exited. Now I am able to access them from my left hand toolbar! Strange goings, but it works!
I am not the most technical person so I have a hard time explaining but the problem is that once I put a card in the Favorite folder I cannot return to the gallery it just keeps bringing me back to the photo of the card that I just put in my favorites..... I have a Mac. I used to just click on the picture of the card and drag it into my I Photo... Now the system won't pick it up,,,it is not my computer as I can do it from any blogg... it just applies to SC... hope this makes sense to you.....
I haven't been able to access the home page in 2 days. I can only get in through the gallery. I have SCS as my browser homepage and it will not load up. Has indexing wording. Will this be fixed soon?
