Shout out to MFT and others...

I just wanted to give a shout out to MFT for truly being a great company. I've been purchasing from them for years now and I have to say that one of the things I love best about them is that they ship out their orders so fast - and they do this even when they are running a big sale (like they are now - sale ends today though :().

I don't want to bash any company in particular, but I have noticed that sometimes they tend to be a bit slow in shipping out their orders when they are running sales and that can be a little frustrating - even though I understand that the slow processing time is likely do to the increased volume in business. So when a company is able to continue turning things around even during the "busy times", I think it's worth mentioning.


I know there are other suppliers out there that have great customer service so I thought it might be nice to give kudos to all the merchants we do business with who probably wouldn't mind hearing how much they great customer service is much appreciated!

I agree with you on MFT, great and speedy service - and that's from Florida to California! Scrapbook.com, Scrapbookpal, and Ellen Hustson have been super speedy for me, too. Love 'em!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MFT for so many reasons. The quality of their products, the great customer service, fast shipping - and even their packaging is ADORABLE! The cute box with the pink tissue paper and little candies inside. They just seem like a company that really cares... and that makes a huge difference for us stampers from where we buy!!! I also love Hallmark Scrabook. Wonderful people - prices - and shipping. Shout out to them too from me!

I've had similar great experiences with some of these companies, too. I've also been really pleased with Purple Onion Designs and Chris from Peerless Watercolors just made a wonderful lasting impression on me recently.

I am not sure if the average company knows how much great customer service and kindness means to all of us (and how big of a turn-off the opposite kind of company leaves on us). Once in awhile I drop a note to companies when I am really impressed. I think we all need to do that more often so the nice companies realize we appreciate them Of course spending money on their products sends the same message.

I LOVE MFT!! They are great at shipping their items out quickly and I was so lucky to visit their store last year and got to meet the owner's daughter and her pet pig, so adorable!!! Their store is just as fantastic as you would expect.

Hero Arts is another super fast shipper. I usually get my order the next day.
