I received a PM about a possible idea. How much interest do you think there would be for a weekly CAS challenge? One week may be a color challenge, the next may be an inspiration challenge, and maybe a sketch and a super easy, quick technique on some weeks.
What do you think?

I'd be up for that...CAS cards are a bit of a challenge for me anyway!!!:-D
Look at how popular the CAS LSC was!!!
I can't believe I haven't posted to this thread! This thread is what inspired me to find my style! For years I have struggled with trying to be a layered, embellished cardmaker, but never thought of doing CAS. I thought that style wasn't 'in'. (I know-stupid of me!) So I was very inspired by LateBlossom, and have embraced CAS to the max!!
There are so many good CASers out there, so remember to put CAS in your keyword section so we can all see each other's work.
Miss Boo-I think a weekly challenge is a great idea! Let me know if I can help in any way. ;)
Ohhh...a weekly CAS challenge....sounds like fun.....
Sometimes it is nice just to make a CAS card.....especially if you are in a hurry or have limited time on your hands!!
Will keep my eyes open for that one.
This is SUCH a fun thread! I am definitely a CAS stamper and I love seeing other CAS cards! I didn't know to look for CAS in the keywords (or to add it to the keywords) but I will be doing that from now on, thanks! I would definitely be interested in a CAS challenge too.
Sometimes I feel that my cards are too plain or simple in comparison to other eleborate cards I see. But when I really think about it, I realize I am attracted to CAS cards and those are the most fun cards to make for me personally and then I feel happy again!! LOL!!
Here are a few CAS cards I have posted in the past few days:
All right Ladies, you've inspired me to actually start my gallery. I just put ink on rubber for the first time in my life in November and I've definitely been a little intimidated by the awesome cards here. I think everything I do is simple, but I do use some layers. So here's my first one. . . .

CAS is all about keeping it simple! Your card was just beautiful! Please keep posting your cards, and try not to let intimidation keep you from sharing. Just use it for inspiration!
Thanks so much for sharing!
I admire the creations out there with many layers and embellishments, however when I try to CASE and go over 2-3 layers, my creations turn out hideous!...lol...
So I stick to CAS. I have really enjoyed looking at the things you have shared, and with slow dial up, this is not an easy task.
You have given me the courage to maybe post a few more cards in the future!

Me, too! Not sure why, because I'm casing and so how hard could it be? But I'm just never happy with my many-layered cards.
Catching up on some interesting threads. Thought I'd link a few of my CAS cards. Glad to see everyone liberated to pursue their individual styles on SCS. It's all good and inspiring, ladies. Thanks.
Okay Ladies, I got a couple of more cards done, and neither of these is cased (not that there's anything wrong with casing, cuz there isn't I'm just excited to have my own new ideas). Let me know what ya think.

Here are some recent ones I finished. I haven't wanted to post them because they seem so plain, but I've been inspired by this thread. Thanks for looking:
I don't think my 3 year old daughter is going to share her mommy's CAS aesthetic! She was looking at this card and said "It's pretty mommy, but you just need to add a lot of sparkle all over it, then it will be really great!"
