Default San Diego Stamping Stores?

Hubby and I are moving to San Diego in June and I'm turning to my SCS sisters to tell me where all the good places are! ;)

Hubby was born-and-raised in SD and we've visited a lot so we're familiar with the area, but I never had time to shop around for stamping stuff while I'm there.

Are there any LSS in particular that you like? Certain classes they offer that are not to be missed? What about mainstream stores, I imagine Joanns, Michaels, etc are there too? Any ones that might be west-coast only that I wouldn't recognize (being a born-and-raised East Coaster).

Thanks in Advance Ladies!

Chain craft stores: Michaels and JoAnn's

And there are a number of LSS in different parts of San Diego:

check out this link for most of them: http://sdcraftstores.typepad.com/my_weblog/

Cool scrapbooks and Stamping Details in Poway are both great stores! Tons of stuff and new products all the time!

Oh, that's good to know, Chloe, thanks! We haven't found a place to live yet and I've been looking in Poway. Knowing that there's stamping there makes it even more desirable now! Well, for me anyway. Maybe not for Hubby! ;) hehe

My favorite little store is Paper Tales - it's where I teach on occasion and the girls who own/run the store are the best! It's in Pt. Loma, not too far from the Sports Arena.

I like all the ones mentioned. Cool Scrapbooks is in the same little center as Michaels and Joann's. Stamping Details is close by too. Paper Tales is a very cute store!
