ok, so I'm getting close to making up my mind on what to order (see my post earlier about what to get on a big order). so I'm going to end up with 7 SAB sets, and I need opinions on what set to get 2 of?? if it was you which one would you get duplicates of and why? I still can't make up my mind. thanks
Michelle
with my BIG order...i received 8 sets of SAB stamps. I got duplicates of Love Ya Bunches, and gave them to 2 of my good friends that I stamp with. I also put in an order at another SU party last Friday, went over $50 (of course   ) and picked All I Have Seen for a friend.
Well, if you don't need incentive stamps and you'd rather keep all the stamps to yourself, you COULD get doubles of Love Ya Bunches, Fun-Filled or Lexicon of Love (whichever is your favorite), then cut the images so you have more stamps. I have an empty wheelbarrow and flower box, and individual birds, and all kinds of words that I cut individually. Also, the longer verse from Love Ya Bunches is perfect cut into one-line strips so you can stamp them around the border of a card or scrapbook page. If you look at the individual components of a stamp image, the possibilities are only as finite as your imagination! Make sure to use a sharp pair of rubber scissors and an exacto knife to make the really close cuts!
If you're a demo, Lexicon of Love is a great choice, for reasons stated above. If you're not, then I say Paint Prints all the way. Who wouldn't LOVE to get that set as a gift? Stamp a cute gift card and some stationery for the person you're giving it to and she'll be hooked.

I chose duplicates of All I Have Seen and Paint Prints because they were the two most popular in the gallery at the time I placed my mondo order. I gave All... to a friend who couldn't participate in Sell a Bration. I'm sure I'll give Paint Prints to someone as a gift, too.

I would get lexicon of love-and cut out the big center words and mount them without the rest of the verse, so that I can easily ink and stamp that center word in a different color-hey if its free-why not? I am going to do this!

My idea for doubles is to pick sets that you hope will be in the new catalog and then you've got a couple of sets for when you want to do a big group thing (not just demos do group things...) and then there are more sets to go around...
Ditto w/lbarnes, the set that won't be availble again will be in heavy demand! If you're a demo, you can use it as an incentive in recruiting. If you're not a demo, you can sell it on eBay later.

I chose Garden Collage too because it was a limited edition and I knew that the only way someone could receive it after Feb 28 was from me. I figured it would make a good gift.
I'm with lbarnes and Navywyf- I have 4 extra sets of Garden Collage at my house since it will not be seen again. I figure I can give it away as an incentive set or as gifts to people. I have one Love Ya Bunches and I have cut the birds apart allready and the words under the images are on top of the block, I'm thinking I should get another set and do waht was mentioned with the more cutting out......

I would get garden collage because it is a limited edition and will be in demand later on.
