The same thing happened to me yesterday.. I called DS in the afternoon after I called home and found out two boxes came, but not the one that was coming 2nd day air.. DS said that it was supposed to come, if it didn't to call and they would refund my $20.. I got home, checked the tracking and it said rescheduled, I called DS back and they initiated the refund. Today the box shows up and I get two boxes.. same order in both boxes.. both catalogs messed up, corner bumped and pages all bent.. UPS is coming to pick up one on Friday and the lady said to call on the 11th and they'll send me another catalog. DS said that some that ordered on the 31st that expedited got double orders.. mine wasn't much.. 4 tins, a catalog and sock monkey, but I didn't order it so back it's going.. I hope that others are honest and do the same if they got double orders. Pam

nothing yet, but it is raining like crazy here, so you know they will get plopped on my porch when I won't notice and get all soggy.....
I woke up at about 3:45 to sound of rain and I had a horrifying thought: what if my three boxes of catties had arrived and my dysfunctional doorbell didn't work when Mr. Brown rang it and they were sitting forelornly in the RAIN?!?!? So, of course, I got out of bed and went downstairs to check. No such luck. Right now I'd take some soggy catties!!!:rolleyes:

All I know is my demo is going to be REALLY mad if hers doesn't come before the 11th. Last year they didn't come until 2 or 3 days after you could start ordering. I realize that SU doesn't ship them, but you would think they could at least ask the printer to get them here before the 1st day of ordering so that demos have time to distribute them! :rolleyes:

Nothing in Boise, either! Although, I have to say, paying $280+ travel expenses was worth it to pick IT up in person at convention, and not give myself an ulcer from ALL the anticipation, like I did last year! LOL :-D
I received my catalogs today! Mr Brown must have thought I was stalking him as I happened to be outside with my dog when he delievered my catalogs. Yea! I'm from MN.

They doubled my order also. I overnighted my catalog along with about $250 worth of paper & punch tins. I was supposed to get 4 boxes and when I saw 8 I was confused. I saw the same tracking numbers on 2 boxes each. I called DS and UPS is picking the other 4 up today. When I talked to DS I begged to keep the second catalog and pay for it...she was nice as could be, but said "NO!" I was going to give the other one to my upline... Oh well .. at least I got one.

Mine was doubled, too. When I called today, she asked "you got two copies of the catalog?" Nope, the whole box is a duplicate. They'll send UPS in the next few days to pick up the extra box.

I received two copies of the catty also, had it sent 2-day, didn't get it in that time though. When I called to ask DS about it, they told me to keep the extra catty - so I didn't complain about the rescheduled delivery to them.
Mine just arrived about 30 minutes ago. I had to borrow a few from my SS the other day. Thank goodness she had some extra. Now I'm set.
I looked really close and tried different parts of the reference number on my box. I finally had it come up with SS1, entered my country and zip. My tracking number showed up. So anyone that hasn't received thier catties use the SS1 as a reference tracking and when you call UPS and say cutomer service. Hope this helps.
