"recipes" for spring/summer 2009 catalog

I was wondering if anyone had a file or a link for the document containing the recipes for the samples used in the current spring/summer catalog. I sure miss having them printed in the back of the catalog. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You should be able to request it from your demo, but if you don't have one, I can post a text only version of the supplies (the one with pictures is a huge file).
