Question Re-sticking rubber stamps

I have some older rubber stamps (TACS, SU, etc) that I bought from a garage sale. They are the kind that do not have blocks, and I am sticking them onto some acrylic blocks that I have. Some of them, however, are not sticking very well and they are falling off.....is there anything that can be done to either the stamp or the block to help them stick better? Thanks!

Some people use double stick tape and I've heard of something called "ailene's tack& peel" that I can't tell you anything about.

I, myself, use EZ mount static cling foam. I buy it form Beeswax, 'cause it's $1 a sheet cheaper than anyone else.
