Default Protective Card Insert

I am searching for the words to be included on the card protection insert. You know the extra cardstock to pad brads and other embelishments. I have searched but didn't come up with what I saw several months ago. If anyone can help I will say Thanks now.

Well, that makes total sense...I always wondered what someone would think about an extra piece of cardstock in an envelope. Thanks for clueing me in.
