Default primitive and folk art stamps ????

Does anyone know where i could find some primitive house stamps or images, like those little berry trees and such?

Im redoing my kitchen and having a terrible time coming up with decor for my theme! SO, the crafter i am, i will do it myself!

ANY help or advice would be appreciated!

Im also looking for the houses to paint. I have done so many searches for those primitive houses and come up with nothing unfinished. Where is everyone getting them????

Thank you in advance!

I did a search for primitive in the gallery and these examples came up:

most that I saw and liked are from Cornish Heritage Farms and Saltbox Designs

Hi.

Not sure how large you want the images to be but some companies that sell folk/primitive stamps are:

Lasting Impressions with Panache (LIMP) (website and sometimes on eBay)

2nd Nature Arts (on eBay - don't know if they have a website)

Wood Cellar Graphics (website and sometimes on eBay)

HTH.

I've found some Wallies (at Michael's) that are folk art like. They are like little wall paper cut outs that you can use as a boarder (mine are roosters!). I think if you google Wallies you will find a website for them. There are wallpaper borders too in those kinds of stores that are very folk art like. I have some websites that I visit that sell wool felt patterns (and just primitive patterns in general) for needlework stuff.

I bought ( a few years ago) a primitive house that came painted - it had a light in it - its my nightlight in the hallway. I can find that site if you want. But I think her stuff is already finished. I've bought a few things from her and I love what she has for sale.

Lesley, who designed those CHF stamps, just did some great projects with them on glass and ceramic. Check out the Primitive Beginnings bit of the CHF gallery - they're all on the first page at the moment (here) so maybe you could use the stamps themselves around your home unless the scale is wrong?
