Default pricing favors/invites/cards

Hello everyone!

I'm not sure if this has been posted before. For valentine's day, I made giveaways using the favor box die from SU and filled it with chocolates. I gave them to my son's class and to my coworkers. One of them expressed interest in having them for her daughter's upcoming b-day party. I am not a demo and I don't think she's interested in doing it herself if she had the tools. I'd love to do it, but I'm stuck at pricing. Also sometime ago I made a baby card for a baby shower and one of the ladies asked me if I can do a bunch of them, I told her that I may not be able to do it at that time.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Just a suggestion - I would check online pricing for favor boxes and invites. I did that when asked to make wedding invitations. We found a similar style online and I priced the job to be consistent with that price.
You will find them printed but assembly required - so take that into account too!

I agree with the OP about pricing the assembly time.

Remember also to factor in the card stock price since it can vary so much - SU/LSS vs Michael's/JoAnn's. (one of my LSS packages their c/s in packages of 25 sheets @ $15.00+. Their c/s is very good quality but $$$.

What I did several years ago for a co-worker who wanted 75 gradation party invites for her son: She paid for all of the supplies and I charged her $1 each. So I made $75, plus I was able to keep the stamps, ink and left over supplies.
