I have a gadget for ironing ribbon made by Pebbles Inc from years ago. I just checked and there are some on Ebay. I brought it to a scrapbook crop and everyone thought it was a ridiculous thing to own but many people ended up using it.

yes, I have a clothes iron, but I don't want to drag out that, and cloths and spray bottle. I guess that would be worth it if I was doing a whole roll or even couple yards, but I want something for the drawer I can pull out and knock out the folds of the length I am about to use.
I am fairly lazy so, I bought a magnetic ironing pad to leave out on top of my dryer and 99% of the time my clothes iron is not put away its sitting on that mat on the dryer in the laundry room. the old table top board I have for the craft room stays in the craft room closet along with the original iron I ruined melting old crayons on it... ( it works but, I don't need fun colors on my clothes I am willing to iron ha ha) so, if you do find some hand held thing that works, come update us
I do not own a flat hair iron but, I do have a curling iron and I'd bet it would work with the heat down on low. ( but, its at least 10 " long or so? not a small thing)
I went to some craft fairs here today with my girlfriend from work, and we shopped, or she shopped and I bought I am a buyer not a shopper. and I looked at her and Said I am done with gifts for Christmas and paused "For Me" ;) ( I hauled home hand quilted scraps that had been sewn into heart ornaments for the tree.)
I bought a flat iron for this purpose, but it doesn't work because the 2 blades (for lack of a better word), don't meet. It's difficult to tell with the pic you linked, although the last photo looks pretty good.

Kelly, MiamiKel4, has a video on her channel showing a small iron from Dollar Tree. She said it works great for ribbon. I can’t link on this device, but she should be easy to find on YouTube.
does it have like a foot thing to keep the heat off your table if you set it down? ( forgot) am guessing you could get a pot holder/ type thing to have a cool spot for it?
