Default PHOTO PRINTER ADVICE

Hello to all...I am wanting to purchase a photo printer and I know this is just the place for information.

I have been looking into the HP Photo Smart. I really would like a printer that is portable and does not have to have a PC hookup.

My digtal camera is a Fugi Fine Pix...A340 with Olympic XD Pic card...Mb 128.

What are your thoughts

Thanking you in advance.

INKredibly,
Carolyn

I have a Lexmark P6250 All-In-One printer, scanner, copier, fax and it is really great.
Features:
~Extra ports for 3 different smart cards/memory cards and one to hook up a camera by cable
~Borderless printing of photos - that is sooo nice, so you don't get 4x6 pictures cut off because the printer needs a border.
~faxes, Copies, Scans, Prints, Photo Prints
I am really happy with it and we paid $150 at the military exchange a few weeks ago.

Here is link to it:

I have this and have been pleased with it. I also purchased an HP copier/scanner/printer from Wal-mart for the other computer, and that prints decent photos, too. HTH

Best bet in MHO is any of the HP photo printers. We have had two for years and have been very happy with both. Just make sure that you get a HP printer that has photo printing cabablities. As an added bonus it is nice to get a printer that has a display screen for preview.

I have the HP photo smart and am pleased with it. Be prepared to be patient because it is very slow to print.
