Ordering from Justrite Stampers?

Have you ordered from them and if so what was your experience? I put an order in and was expecting a call but so far nothing. (Ordered on Sunday night). Is that typical?

I placed an order a few weeks ago..got a confirmation email the next morning and received my box in about 5 business days....great I think.

Got mine right away. Good experience - I even had to exchange something and it happened quickly.

I did a wholesale order and it took a couple of days,but overall it was fine.

I ordered, never got a phone call, but I had the items delivered within 3-4 days at the most. I did get an email confirmation.

I had requested a call on the comments section, so I will be disappointed if it turns out they could not call and I got duplicate items. The email confirmation came just fine.

I ordered from them Sunday morning. My order was shipped on Wednesday and I received it late Friday via ups. I did e-mail them because my account was never updated on their website and she e-mailed me back quickly explaining that they were a bit behind. If you haven't received it yet, you may want to e-mail them just to see.

Ok, still no order today (Monday). It is ok because I'm not in a hurry for them, but I wanted to know if there were duplicate items between the Damask border and the DIY special occasions font w/ 3 elegant wood borders.
It's all kind of confusing to me. Can anyone here answer? Will I need some other 'stamp apparatus' before I can start using them or is that enough? I also got the small letter set for the round monogram & the one that says from the desk of/library of/kitchen of.

I did get an email from them, but never a reply after I sent them the info. :(

Denise answered my question and I'm thrilled to know that I did not order duplicate 'base' pieces or whatever they're called. I can't wait to stamp soon with my new Monogram stampers! I am sorry if I caused more confusion for anyone, I didn't mean to....
