Default Need Ideas: Covered Metal Tins

I could use some ideas for an upcoming stamp camp I'm planning. I have a ton of these little metal tins that I'd like some ideas for. They hold about 4 oz, just to give an idea of size. I'm not worried so much about how to decorate them as I am about what to put inside. I'd like something clever, but I'm not coming up with anything. This is for a holiday class, so something wintery or christmasy would be best. Any suggestions?

Here's what the tins look like... I was going to do paint cans, but remembered I had a bunch of these on hand already...

Hi there, what about fridge magnets??? I guess it depends what age you are aiming at for the gift to be. Candy for kids and socks for those men in our lives, he would never guess it was a pair of socks before it was opened.

The smaller ones could be used for putting a bunch brads. etc for door prizes or gifts for the scrapbookers, card makers etc.

How about bandaids for a mini boo-boo kit, paper clips for the office worker, jewelry, gumballs, dollar stores have lots of little toys for kids, polished rocks for those rock collectors, seeds for the garden or flower bed, little girls love those mini shaped erasers, if the tins are big enough how about fingernail polish...sometimes those some in tiny bottles, or let your guests take them home and use them for something they think of. Sometimes sending them home decorated but empty inside allows more versatility plus less stress on you! Hope these ideas help.

Default tins

How about bath beads(crystals). That would be so cute with the bathtub stamp from La-dee-da. I think thats that set I'm talking about. Those tins are nice, where did you find them?

This is kinda late in the game, but waht if you hole-punched the top, and after decorating, put in something that smell yummi, so it would be like a drawer sachet or something?
