I know it's been only five minutes, but is no one else as pumped about this set as I am??? I sent them an email asking if the set includes the Stanley Cup, and if Gino Odjick will be making personal deliveries. ;) I just sent it, but haven't heard back from them yet! I can't wait!!!!
Are there stamps from other NHL teams, like the Red Wings????? Please, please!!!! ;)
Dude check out the card I linked to!!!!!! It totally looks like they have several logos (is it unreasonable to hope they have ALL the logos? I don't think so!)!!!!! I see
-the Flames (boooooooo unless they are the only Canadian team in the playoffs that is)
-the Lightning
-the Leaves (boooooo even IF they're the only Canadian team in the playoffs -- ha ha as if!)
-one of the weird new teams, I think it's the Avalanche
-the Flyers
-the Senators (are they still a franchise? I thought they disbanded a while ago)
-the Stars (Dallas, not the Minnesota North)
-the Avalanche (I guess that weird one is for some other team then -- maybe the Wild??)
-les Canadiens (The Hockey Sweater still makes me all teary-eyed)
-the Bruins
-and last but not least -- dah dah-dah-DAHHH -- The Edmonton Oilers!!!!!!!
Ooh ooh I just had a brainflash -- the not-Avalanche logo is probably the Hurricanes.
I'm so happy there are other hockey folks here excited about this most awesome of sets! I didn't get too excited about the whole NHL Home Decor line, but awesome sports stamps are hard to find!!!!!

I did see it!!! But no Wings!! AHHHHH! But I'm really hoping they have my Wings, too! ;) I miss living on the east side of our state, where we get Hockey Night in Canada through Windsor!!!!
Upon further squinting, the logo in Versamark on dark brown CS looks like it might be a wild cat of some kind -- Minnesota? Anyone else have any guesses?

No worries! ;) Hockey stamps are certainly something to jump around yelling about, for sure!!! ;) Especially if I can get my hands on Red Wings stamps!!!! :mrgreen:

Oooh, I NEED a Leafs stamp - for no other reason than to make my Senators loving, Leaf hating brothers a card! (Much to their disgust, I like the Leafs!) Of course, I need the Senators one too!
I know what you mean! I was excited when I found some bazzil paper that was *exactly* Oilers orange! Can you imagine *stamps*??? We'll have to figure out what ink pads or Tombow marker numbers correspond best to which team colours.

I've always thought that pumpkin pie makes a good retro oiler colour!

Real red and white craft or white staz-on works for me! ;) :mrgreen: Sorry, sorry, couldn't help myself. lol I wonder how soon we can find out exactly how many of the teams they'll have and when we can get our hands on those stamps!
What - no Canucks stamps - that is so wrong (and they are going to kick some Oiler butt tonight!). I need this - even if there are no 'Nucks...
I figure if they have the *Senators* :rolleyes: of all teams, they HAVE to have the Canucks! If they didn't, it would be like having a car stamp set that had a Chevette but no Jaguars.
Ooohh...please keep us informed!! I would want the Flyers stamp (even if they do kinda suck right now!!) And not to hijack, but are there any NFL stamps out there too?
It would be great to find a Calgary, an Edmonton, a Detroit as I'm going to start photo books for my three grandkids that all play hockey and those are there favorite teams.
