My first craft sale - In desperate need of guidance!

Hi All!

Well, on November 10th Ill be partaking in my FIRST EVER craft sale! Where I work, were doing an employee fundraiser for United Way, and after much persuasion on my part, they approved to hold a fundraiser/craft sale. A portion of the sales will be donated to United Way. Well you seesuddenly I'm scared half out of my wits! Ive only been stamping for about 6 months, and Ive never sold any of my cards before, I usually just make them and give them away. I dont even know where to start in regards to pricing, display arrangement, what would be most likely to sell. Okay, I think Ive freaked myself out even more, if thats even possible! Can anyone please give me some tried and true hints, ideas.help?

Hi, Amanda!

I have yet to sell my cards, but it is something I think about. Have a look in these threads. They're about selling cards and other stamped goodies.
Hope this helps!

Take a deep breath! You can do it! Everything's a learning experience.

I made myself nutty last year making stuff.

The big question is, HOW much of each thing do you make?

After my first few I brought a notebook for specail orders.
People were interested in things but had specific ideas.
If you're willing, offer to do something similar, custom colors or something all together custom.

Before you know it, you'll be in business!!
