If it was a milder time of year, I would say store them but at this time of year, cooping your supplies up in the hot facilities they store your household goods in would be detrimental to your supplies. That's the logical reason to not store them.
Here's the horror story ~ and remember, you asked for it ~ I was smart enough to keep my stamping supplies with me. I packed them up and drove them with my daughter and two cats in the back of my Nissan Sentra. I am so happy I did this I will never be regret the decision. When the moving men arrived with my stuff, my favorite Halloween decoration was destroyed. My vaccuum was missing a wheel. My toaster oven was without it's door. My electric grill was just plain gone!! Several of my ceramics were cracked. And my microwave is not what it used to be. It was HELL ON EARTH!! It's been since February and I'm still waiting for my claim check ~ BBB will be hearing from me this week.
I know people have smooth moves, I didn't and I will never regret the extra gas loading down my car cost me. At least my stamp stuff and my family (kitties included) arrived safe and sound.
