Can anyone tell me the difference in the slit punch & the corner slot punch? Does the Corner slot also cut little lines beyond the slit part? Are either of those on back order?
Next, want opinions: I am using Star of Wonder. Want to do 2 corners (to not interfere with the star part---think I'll pearl ex that part). I love the Wrought Iron slought, but think it might be too "curly" or "foo-foo" for this stamp. It is 3 guys on camels in the dessert! I like all the corner punches! I can only buy one. Do you think a slit or the corner slot punch would be good? Or the corner pocket one ? Or is Wrought Iron okay? Not too distracting?
Can't sleep tonight and thought I would answer your question about which corner punch - actually, I am going to let the attached pictures do the talking for me Talk about versatile!
Actually, I did not do this, but another SCS'er posted these pictures and if I remember correctly, small scissors were used to snip off the extra parts of the punched paper. Aren't they great ideas?
So, I guess you're saying go with the Wrought Iron Thanks for the great pics. Of course, now I'll want paper snips!
One more question, can you use these on the front part of a card that's already folded----not a separate page, but is there a way to use the corner punches on the top corners of the front side of a card? Hope this makes sense!
I got these photos emailed to me in February I think it was. They have definitely made the rounds, but it's nice to see them here. It's so much easier to find things here than in my AOL file folders.
I think you can only manage to use corner punches on the top right and bottom right of a folded card. Unless you use a layer, then you CAN punch the four corners.
