Default Moonlighting technique

I saw a fabulous card in the gallery by girl3boys0 using Inspired by Nature
She said she used the moonlighting technique. I check resources and
it's not there. Can someone tell me what this is and tell me how to doit?

What a great tutorial. If you want to learn this technique and laugh while you're doing it, check it out! (And I don't usually go to blogs)

Wasn't that the funniest tutorial? I love JanTink. I was totally sad I had no chocolate to eat while I tried to recreate that technique. I need to start a chocolate stash in my craft room.
