Mini Accoridian Tutorial? Where did it go?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where to go to find the mini accoridian album tutorial. It was in the SCS Weekly Inking #12, but now I can't find it and the link isn't working. I never printed it out thinking that I could just go back to it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you go to the Resource page and underneath the name it says projects click on that and you should be able to find the link.

I just tried the resource page. The newsletter that says Mini Accordian Album is in there, but when I click on "View the Complete Tutorial" it goes to the Melted Pearls tutorial instead of the Accordian one.
