Default Making announcments

HELP! I have been asked to do a graduation announcement for a boy (man I guess- he's 1. I have Tassel time but just curious if ANYONE has ever done this and maybe the layout and the wording. I was thinking of using velum and white paper and then the school's color (brilliant blue) but very sketchy on what to do. ANY ideas or tips would ber very helpful! THANKS!

I've done several graduation cards and announcements for both of my sons and several of my nephews. Here's a link to my graduation card album in my gallery.

Great idea to start with the school colors. Another idea is to scan the school logo and use that on the card somewhere. Good luck with your project!

I really like the look of the "Print Pattern" background for a masculine card. Do you perhaps have that stamp?
Although this Father's Day card by raeritter has very subtle colors, it could be done in bright blue with the "Tassel Time" cap on the top layer and the word ANNOUNCEMENT printed below.
