My niece wants a subscription for a magazine for her B-day--I am planning on buying her one of the magazines so she will have something to open--any ideas on how to decorate/wrap it--so it isn't such a blah gift.
Thanks for any suggestions
I just rolled up the magazine into a tube & tied it with a ribbon, then added a few other things she likes, and put it in one of those "tubs" or baskets you can find at $ stores.
Ideas to go with it in this tub? It totally depends on how old she is....lip gloss, cute notepads/pens (you can get at Mike's $1 spot), candy, etc...
depends on the kind of magazine,
if it is a crafting magazine, then you buy some supplies to go with it, and package together in a box.
or make it a 'color theme' package. what is the dominant color of the mag. cover? then buy little $1 things to coordinate the color.
hth,gail
I just printed out covers from the magazine and then glue them into the card... I don't want to purchase a magazine because one is a renewal, and you never know when the other one will start- so it might be one she will get, you know? So often they send previous months when they start a subscription!!
