I've been asked to start a Card Ministry at my church. I have several current and retired SU sets with scriptures and Biblical sentiments but I would like to find some more. I've seen Our Daily Bread's beautiful site, but I'm wondering if there are other stamp companies out there that I should look into. I am especially interested in sentiments and scripture verses. What do you recommend?
Unity Stamps also has a set called Something Within with Bible verses. The only thing about this set is that they are pretty small (2" x 2"). They might have other sets too but this is the one I have seen (don't own it).
Oh wow! Now I have a new problem...which ones should I choose? Thanks everyone for all the input, I really appreciate it. These stamps are already inspiring me.
http://www.heartandsoulrubberstampco.com has a ton of excellent Bible verse and encouragement stamps. Individual unmounted stamps are only $1.50 regardless of size.
I've also been in the scripture challenges this year; and don't have many religious stamp
sets. I've search ebay occasionally, for cheaper sets. I am also going to do a
search for free christiain clip art to print out. I know there are internet sites
for sunday school art etc that could be used. Realistically, just can't afford to buy
stamps all the time; and do computer generated verses to add to cards. If you
check this gallery, there are some cute sets for sheep stamps, that are religious also.
I want to get into doing magnetic book markers for a church fun evening.

Great recommendations AND, if you get on Zoe's mailing list, you'll find she offers some of the best sales in the industry (and shipping is reasonable). I've purchased from Biblical Impressions twice in the last 9 months or so and both times on 50% off sales! 50% is just about my favorite number!
ckidd mentioned my other go-to for Christian stamps, Clear Dollar Stamps. She has some cool, nontraditional ones.
Oh, and there's another called Holly Berry House. They produce very detailed images which are absolutely gorgeous when layered. You'll have to Google it, but I'm pretty sure you have to purchase theirs from a store (not internet).
Oh yeah, and if you have a Hobby Lobby, try them. They have lots of Scripture stamps. AND they're 50% (my number again) on all of their wood-mounted stamps this week! - good timing for your question
If you are comfortable working with digital stamps, Michelle will be releasing some great scripture sentiments on May 13th - great to use for your card ministry. Once you download the file, the files may not be shared/distributed, but you can print off a bunch of sentiments at the same time. Digital images are more affordable than stamps, resizable, and doesn't take much storage!
