I will start making some and get them out next week! It might just be 10 or so but i'll send them anyway!
My brother-in law is in Iraq so I understand. I never thought about sending him cards to send back to my sister and my little neice but I think I'll make some for him, too! Thanks for the idea!
Morissa (stampinsweeney) the cards got here today! thanks a bunch they are great!
Glad that you received them. ;) It felt good to donate them for a good cause. My brother is in the army and is flirting with a deployment date. They keep pushing the date back, which has been a blessing so far. He is at Ft. Polk, LA as a medic...aspiring to be a doctor after his commitment to the army is over.
Thank you for what your DH is doing and what you are doing to keep the spirits of the men and women overseas up.
I put the word out at my card club last night and had a great response. I will have a bunch to send to you next week. The ladies are excited and we may designate one club night just to make donated cards for the military. I will send them all your way!
I've been sorting through lots of cards recently and *needed* something just like this- thanks Aubrey! I'll get the package together and send it off tomorrow.
Are there any guidelines for card sizes? I just got a bunch from some ladies in my card club and there are a number of square and tall cards. Will that work?

Any size is fine! The boys do not pasy postage to mail from Iraq and I can easily make envies for any sized card! Thanks!
Aubry I'll put a package together and get it out by next week. I'm glad you got involved with the FRG. My neice was the head of her group when my nephew was in Iraq 2 yrs ago. I made plenty of cards by myself then. It's a wonderful support group.
