Has anyone ever had any problems with this company? A few months ago I placed an order and I never received it. After a month I emailed her it showed on her end that it was delivered, although I never received it. She sent it again and I had it with in a week. Fair enough.

I really like the product and these things happen so I decided to order again. That was a month ago. I still have not received my order and I can't get a response to my emails. I haven't called yet, due to time on my end. I know her family was recently sick, but again I ordered a month ago. I have 15 days to get my payment back through PAYPAL. I hate to have to do that.

I am not posting to talk trash about the company, as I REALLY like the product, but does it take this long for others to receive? Has anyone else ordered from her before?

Yes, I've been having issues with this company as well. I had ordered a couple of sets last year and received them with no problem. I like this system and decided to order more. I placed my order in early April and when I hadn't received it, emailed them. I finally received an email that my order had been shipped. I yet to receive my product. I have since emailed four times and have received NO response. I, too, do not want to trash the company, but enough is enough. They should at least level with customers if there is a problem. I may have to contact my credit card company and dispute their charge. This is getting ridiculous. Very unhappy customer. Good luck on your end!

It took two months for my mother to receive the order she placed when Little Monkeys had a sale Thanksgiving weekend. In fact, I believe she finally received them either at the end of January or the beginning of February. There had been sickness or something in the family along with the holidays I believe.
