I've had a request from Karen for some Color Recipes for the Winter Cardinals using only Stampin' Up inks.
Here are two which I tried this morning. I used a paper stub to pull the color off of the beak and feet in each layer. I then used a 1 inch spot pad to add SU Pumpkin Pie to the beak and feet before stamping.
I'm kind of liking the Poppy Parade one best! What about you, Karen?
Sorry about the quality of the photo. I'll see if I can get it sharper.

Wow! September starts tomorrow. I need to get started on holiday cards. I was delighted to see that "L'Shana Tova" is on one of the stamp sets. It means Happy New Year for the upcoming Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year). Jewish holiday stamps have gotten so hard to find!
