JPEG to Line Drawing/coloring book image

Help! Is there a program that can convert a JPEG to a line drawing or coloring book image that you could then color? Thanks for any info you might have...

I do this often in photoshop/elements. You add a transparent layer, select the lines cut, then erase everything else/delete the other layer.

I know Kodak Gallery program will do this. It's an easy edit. Just change your picture its one of the options like turning the photo black & white or sepia.
Some of the programs that come with digital cameras also have this function.

Crayola.com has this now two. "Lights Camera Color". I know there is a code in certain boxes of Crayola crayons (the 64 ct box had them in Staples the other day).

Take a picture of it............

OR--scan it in, then see if you can save it as a jpeg.
