Hi. Hope someone can help. I wanted to make some personalized stationary for Christmas, but I can't find single letter stamps with bit of a backround on them. Any ideas? Thanks!!
My friend, Heather, makes custom stamps. She offers monogram stamps, too. You might want to check out her site to see if this is what you are looking for. www.customstampsusa.com
Eureka Stamps has pretty cool monogram sets. You buy a cube that has 3 different backgrounds an one solid letter.... well shoot, it's easier to see it than to explain it. Go here... http://www.eurekastamps.com/alphcube1.shtml
TAC sells custom monogram stamps. I can't think of the price off hand, but I was toying with the idea of ordering one. I'm sure they are VERY reasonable, as the prices of their stamps are great. Check it out!

Or if you have an alpha set you like, like Headline Alpha, you can use shapes from other sets like Little Layers or Shapes & Shadows to get a background. Or just use a background stamp and cut the stamped image into little squares then stamp the letter over it.
