Default Instructions for ...

Embossed cut out. Would someone please tell me how this is done? I kinda of have an idea but need more detailed instructions.

Do you mean dry embossed or heat embossed?

Heat embossed. Somehow you stamp and embossed say your flowers with layers I think then you take the excto (?) knife and cut the inside or something. That's all I remember....

I guess I'd have to say I'm not quite sure how to do this either. I'm so visual about techniques that I need a picture to help me understand how to do something. Hopefully, the thread will be read by someone who's done this. Sorry I can't help. :(
