Default I'm trying to sign-up to be a demo

online and when I put my social security number in, I get an error on the page. I called demo support and was on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to figure it out. They have my number in the system b/c I was a demo before and I dropped out in 2004. I don't understand why they can't just delete my previous information and let me start over. Who knows, I just know that I am getting really frustrated. I have a friend who wants me to do a show for her next month, and well I can't do it if I don't have my demo #, etc. Demo support told me to wait 3 hours and try to re-do it, well I waited that long, actually a bit longer, and nope nothing but another error. My husband thinks that I should just forget signing up and do something else, but I really love SU! and would rather go with them since I don't use stamps from other companies. Has this ever happened to anyone else before?

I'm not a demo and have never been, but it seems like you should just call SU again (maybe at a slower time--really early or really late) and then tell them what's going on and that you want to sign up today. It seems like they would be more accommodating since you are trying to make them money!

I'm not sure I understand completely...are you signing up via someone's website? It sort of sounded like you were somehow trying to do it directly and I know that isn't possible. But, then, I don't know how you could even attempt that.

OK ignore me. I must be confuzzled.

To begin with, you must make sure your name is the same on your Social Security Card as it is on the application. The other thing I can think of is that you are adding information of your upline in the Supporting Demonstrators box. (This is for a SPOUSE only).
Could it be either of these two things?

Good Luck ;)
