I think they would increase their sales tremendously and I can't think of a single reason why it couldn't be done very easily.
Hmmm. I can't imagine that this would be very cost effective for them as it would mean they'd have to stock all three "flavors" of each stamp set. This would increase their inventory costs substantially. I'm sure they have good data to inform them as to which type of stamps to make available to customers.

It's hard when you have a personal preference though and your #1 choice isn't available. I don't like having all three types of stamps in my collection because it's a pain to store them. I have been moving towards cling mount stamps for this reason.

I don't own any of the SU cling (clear) mount as of yet but I eventually will. I have been holding purchasing for one more reason. I'm waiting for the quality issue to be fixed regarding the stamps not sticking to the blocks properly if the sticker is used on them. I want to be able to use them with the image on them so I can see what I am stamping. I have other brands of this style with the image on them that have no issues of not sticking. I'd also like to see them be ready to use out of the package with the sticker already in place like the other brands I've purchased. Have any demo's heard if they have fixed this problem with the products offered in the new catty?

You know, that has been a pet peeve of mine..the stamps not sticking. I did, however, put some Aileen's Tack it Over and Over glue on the images and now they stick to the acrylic block very well.

They manufacture their own stamps, so they dont have a problem with inventory control. The rubber only could be shipped in the plastic cases like the cling mount, so the only thing they would be doing is becoming a more "Green" Business by saving the environment with less wood and less foam.

I've seen this and a couple of other solutions posted. My issue is that when you pay high prices for stamps, and SU are more expensive than a lot of brands out there, that you shouldn't have to "fix" them in this way. The company should come up with a solution - or drop the price until it is fixed. When I pay good money for something, I expect it to work properly.

Me too....I REALLY want better sentiments in general and some to go with sets like Button, Button too. There are so many great sayings they could add to sets like that.

White cardstock that is at least as heavy as all the other colors.

I'm also with everyone else about not buying the wood sets. There's a couple sets I'd still like to get, and a couple BG stamps, and I probably will still get them, but I'd sure rather get unmounted.

I didn't like any of the patterned paper at first either, but I've warmed up to a couple of them.
M.A.D. stamper has an etsy shop with the best deal around.

I couldn't agree with you more! I know it's easy enough to do BUT if one of your supposed strong points is your quality I shouldn't have 'fix' stamps that cost me more than from any other company!

I guess they haven't offered the thinner dies because they probably have an agreement with SU for the exclusive option.

I was also alittle disappointed that there wasn't many punches offered... they have brought in a lot from all the mini's but I already have them and I have a punch addiction LOL!!

Oh my gosh - this was the ONE thing on my "wish list" for the new catalog. Seriously? I have to continue buying base-weight white cardstock somewhere else?! I was shocked!
