I'm Happy to Report...

I started a thread on March 7th, "Kudos to PTI", concerning a stamp that needed to be replaced.

Several posters asked me to let them know when I rec'd the replacement.

I resubmitted my email to PTI on March 21st, and I'm happy to report that I received the replacement stamp on Saturday, March 31st.

It is my sincere hope that everyone's problems can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily, because this is a company whose products I love.

I love PTI too and I'm so saddened by all the problems. Stamping businesses seem to go out of business left and right. They have such wonderful products. They could be at the top of the game but this kind of stuff could sink them. Hope things continue to improve.
