did you order from the english site
because its the only one that works and they do ask for credit card, the sweden site doesnt have the states to choose.
Im sorry to frustate you but their costumer service is not that good
I called them once but their english also is poor, I faxed things and everything
but they never back to us
even emails but when you order and pay it arrives
well if you didnt put ur credicard wont work, if it was in swedish site they will send order confirmation but wont work

Well, I placed an order with them (I am in Germany) in July! First it took a while until I could pay them via PayPal. Okay, I paid which means my money is gone! I NEVER ever received my stamps. I emailed them, nothing happened! When I went to the "Stempelmekka" (a rubberstamp expo in Germany) in September I talked to them in person about this. Handed them out my order, my payment confirmation from PayPal. They said they want to check this. Again nothing happened! And maybe about 4 to 5 weeks ago I sent them a letter. I thought maybe this is better than emailing... I guess you can imagine what happened!!! Nothing! I am so very, very angry about this!!!! It seems that they just don't care! I never had such a problem with a rubberstamp company!
So I hope for knde913 that her stamps will arrive safely!

Well, I never paid them with paypal, once I've tried and paypal said their email with them is wrong, I dont trust anymore,

just received more 3 stamps yesterday, but like i've said dont cont they are going to answer you,
But if you paid trough paypal
you can ask paypal you refund put a dispute.

You need to do a paypal dispute a lot of girls are having problems when doing an order and then using paypal, they have very bad customer service, now I understand they are a one woman band etc, but still when people have paid their hard earned money, and then you even saw them at the show and showed them your order and paypal invoice, they should have given you your stamps or let you pick something else. But there are lots of people both sides of the ocean having probs with this, you are not on your own.
Yes, DO NOT USE PAYPAL or you will either never get your stamps or it will be months!!!! NO JOKING, always pay by credit card, cause for some reason you get them then!!!
Very cute card! I love the sentiment and the image (of course) I was hoping to control my spending but your card makes it hard to resist. Hmm... can't find image online. I'll keep looking.
