Don't know if this is the proper forum for this but I'm going to post anyway.
How would you get in contact with the people at SU? I'm having a real problem with seeing the index in the catalog.
I'm a "boomer" and I know that there are a LOT of us out there (and on the SCS board). I don't see why they can make the lettering larger and just add an extra page. I think it would save everyone the strain. I've had to resort to a magnifing glass.....UGH!
Well, back to the question at hand. Anyone have suggestions on how to contact the great people at SU??
Make sure you do contact SU! about this. They really do want to hear what their customers and demos have to say. I thought it seemed a little small too.
I agree wholeheartedly that they should realize that we need a magnifying glass to read the index.
I am a baby boomer also, and the thing that bothers me is that I may want to order a scrapbook kit, but it is impossible to see the stickers and what they say. I don't know if the product would be appropriate for my project or not.
That being said, on a positive note, I think the color photos are quality and beautifully inspiring.

I'm irritated that my "idea book" that I have to pay $$ for doesn't include the recipes for the pictured projects. What kind of idea book doesn't tell you how to reproduce the ideas??? If it's just a catalog any more, then it should be free like most catalogs.
Did you guys know that you can change the settings on your computer to make all the websites come up with large print??
I am not sure exactly how to do it, but I know my brother set up a few PCs that way for people we know with trouble seeing the text on websites. My mom did hers too, but my dad hated it...LOL...so it's changed back.

I'm with you on that one! Or they should at least credit you for the cost of the Catty when you place your first order!
Just a note to CJBAPP....it's not the computer I'm complaining about it's the catalog. Spending $9.95 for a catalog that is hard to read is just not right.
I bought the catalog for the convenience.
It had been bothering me since I got my catty! I'm glad I'm not alone!

Oh I am so glad to hear this. I was just thinking I needed to schedule a eye apt because I could not read this I am in the 40's and my friends all told me this would happen sooner or later. I really had a hard time too. I am so glad to hear that I am not the only one.
