Sorry about the vagueness but I don't know what to call it. I am trying to duplicate an adorable tea bag holder that I could give as Christmas gifts but I don't know how to do one of the steps. The pictures below will show you what I mean. The part that I can't figure out is how to punch the tabs on the project that hold the bag. The tabs are half a circle. If you need more pictures let me know because I have 2 more. Thanks so much
I think those half circles are made with an SU punch, but I don't own it and can't remember the name of it. Maybe someone who has it will post the name.

If you have the Creative Memories Circle cutting set, I think that would work for cutting half circles. I don't have mine anymore, but the swivel cutter for coluzzle might work.
Hi all. The punch is a retired slit punch. I am looking around for it and found it on Ebay for lots of money. thanks for your help pointing me in the right direction.
There's also a tool from Basic Grey, Notch and Die tool, I think it's called. It cuts a half circle like that, but like the slot punch, I'm not even sure if it's still available.
Well, it's still available, but pricey. The advantage it has over the punch, and the reason I still have mine, is that you can position it anywhere on the card. BasicGrey Notch and Die Cutting Tool
 Ooops - I see it actually says discontinued AND out of stock on that link. I hate it when shops keep stuff they're never going to get again as a current listing.
But there are some on eBay: Basic Grey NOTCH & DIE CUTTING TOOL card making | eBay

I have this goodie in my drawer. I know I don't put it to it's best use. but I do love it
any videos on using it?
"Push comes to shove"....simply trace a half circle and cut it out with an x-acto knife. That is a lot of money to pay for a punch that may only get used once!
I did 75 pocketfold wedding invitations that had a slit in one part. I cut the slit by hand and punched tiny holes at each end...worked for me and looked so professional.

I love this idea and I have found the one on Ebay. Looking for one that I don't have to bid on.
