When my son was little little (he's 3 now) and he napped all the time-I would basically stamp off and on for 10 hours or so.
Lately? None.
2 days before a swap deadline? 4-5 hours.
lol
Shhh...Don't tell.

I'm with Catie! I have until the 1st of feb to have my swap postmarked, and i'm stressing already trying to find the time. It WILL get done, i've never even come close to flaking on a swap...but life with the kids has made it darn near impossible to stamp when I want to...always running someone somewhere, and they are only 6 and 5 with a 21 monther in tow!

Oh this is bad! I stamp ALL DAY! literally! If I am not stamping, I am putting together an order, or I on SCS. All day, everyday. It's BAAAAD! But I love my life!
I would stamp more if I didn't spend my life on this wonderful site.
But really, probably 10 hours or more a week; no neccessarilly every day though.
I'd say I'm stampin' anywhere between 3-6 hours a day, sometimes a
little more. Kinda depends on what projects I'm working on. However,
since SCS came into my life there are quite a few hours a day/nite I'm
racking up here. What do you say about a gal who really doesn't iron
shirts unless it's ABSOLUTELY necessary but she had her iron out @
1:30 am today, pressing used dryer sheets to put on cards? I'm not
saying it's me or anything but what if I knew someone like her? Would
you say things have gotten a little out of hand w/the stampin'? Oh yeah,
I also heard she saved the netting from a case of clementines to brayer
over some cards. I think she said she heard about that one on SCS.
Where will this lead her next?
Lately-NONE! My dd's will not leave me alone long enough. They want to stamp too. Arghhhhhhhhhh! Oh well, oldest starts kindergarten in the fall so maybe I'll be able to for 2 hrs. at youngest's naptime.

Sometimes I'll stamp for 8 hours in one day... sometimes one... then I'll go 2 weeks with no stamping. It just depends on my mood and the mood of my family. I do alot more planning than I do stamping though!
It also depends on what type of mood I'm in. But since my "stampin station" is down in the basement, I will usually tinker around down there when I do some laundry. Sometimes if I have an idea in my head (or want to case a card from here) I will do only one card and then come back upstairs and spend a couple hours on SCS. Sometimes I'm down there for a couple hours either making cards or swaps or preparing for a workshop. But my biggest problem right now is the temperature down there. It's not heated and living in New England right now, I'm lucky if it gets into the double digits (Now THAT'S a heat wave) Supposed to be getting a blizzard today. So I usually even have to bundle up JUST to switch some laundry over from the washer to the dryer. Which means, I don't spend any extra time down there than necessary. Actually I've been thinking of investing in a little space heater to have next to me. Does anyone have one? How much do they cost? I'll check out Walmart this morning when I go grocery shopping. So to answer the original question... I don't stamp every day but when I do I'm usually down there anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours or so.

My 21 month boy doesnt understand the importance of stamping and just wont let me! He does still take a nap but to honest I have to do cleaning ect or usually end up on line somewhere and that somewhere is here lately! I do cards for 2 UK magazines so I have to stamp when I have a comission, but its not the same as stamping for fun.
Harvey is starting pre-school in 2 months and I will be having as much fun as he is I will have 5 ish hours a week to stamp! YEAH!
I stamp almost everyday about 1 hr a day stamping after work, dinner, hubby, kids ,you know the drill but I spend about 3 hrs on this site. I truly love the art work and the general good heartedness ( is that a word?) that I see here,,,,very little negativtiy as far as I can tell. I love this site!
I work full time +, but I'd say I average 2-3 hours during the week and 4-5 on the weekend. Of course, that includes my stamping *research* time (here on SCS!)
I probably stamp and craft about 2 hours on average a day. I do alot of decorative painting and also alot of stitching, primitive and wool felt so I usually go from one project to another.
Now that my boys are older projects actually get finished.
I too do not stamp nearly enough. But I'm getting all my stamp stuff organized and My new room will be unveiled my hubby says by Wed. I can hardly wait.
My DH paints little miniatures for War Hammer/Games workshop, games.
So to spend time together I'm where he is.... he's making a little painting corner for himself so we can both do our thing. He knows it's not fair I do alot of work and don't often enough get to do what I want to do!
Does anyone else's Hubby do minitures?
Anyway I'm hoping to be stamping more! A computer is going on my desk as well. Yippe, before I was on SCS in the basement. Now I can stamp and surf. YEE HAW!!!
Well, I just came up with a system to help me do more what I love to do each day. My parents just moved here and my mother is suffereing from Dementia. I'm running two households and was getting very frustrated with not having time to keep up my "old" life! I finally came up with an idea. I schedule everything into my day! Just a regular notebook. Put the time frames for each thing I want to do inthe margin and then what it is I'm going to do for that hour or hours. Has worked great. Helps me realize that I AM getting things done in my own house!!! Usually schedule 1 - 1 1/2 hours for stamping!!
I'm the kind of person who has to accomplish things each day. Part of the "fulfillment" of being a SAHM. If I don't get things done, I feel very frustrated at the end of the day. And "things done" includes stamping!
