Smile How many favorites do you have???

Am I the only weird one here? I have favorited so many card/stampin' ideas it seems silly. I can't even unfavorite them once I've cased them because.... what if I want to case it again??? It was so cute in the first place????

So how many have you favorited and do you remove it once you've used the idea???

Please tell me that I am not the only weird one!

My favorites folder contains 742 pictures of cards and scrapbook pages. I have not removed any. I usually save them because of some unique thing the artist did on the card that I want to remember. Even if I case the card, I don't remove it because I want to be able to give credit to the original creator.

I print them & file them in my "inspiration" binder. Otherwise, I would have a totally unmanageable favourites file.

I have 328 in my favs right now. Sometimes they are there because I like the card as a whole or I just like a certian element of the card. Since we have no way organizing them I think I'm going to utilize my web browser favs so I can have folders for different things. I love the idea of printing them into an idea book, but I just don't have $$ to spend on that much ink! Plus I have a small place here and don't have room for it.

You know, I haven't even looked recently, hang on....

WOW - I have 827 favs = 18 pages!! (And Growing - just like Flintstone kids!!)

Here's a 'breakdown' guess-timate of what they all are:
35% floral cards - I just LLLOOOOVVEE Flowers!!!
35% Christmas cards - And I just equally LLLOOOVVVEEE Christmas!!!
20% 'WOW' cards and general 'OMG, that's totally stinkin fabulous' cards!!
10% Duck cards - do I have to answer that one? *hint* read sig if you're still wondering!

Ok, and I've gone through my favs at least twice and 'weeded' it down!:-D Which means I either printed them, saved them, or cased them.

I have 95 and it seems like i can never find anything again in there of I know i put it in, but i cant find it again, I think it sorts them strangly...
( like if you put it in today wouldn't it be the newest thing on page 1?)
(not in mine)

is there a way to re-sort them?
I don't know how you guys keep track of so many ideas...

I think they go into your favorites chronologically by the date they were posted by the original artist, not by the date you save them -- as I, too, have often wished they would be saved in the order that *I* saved them.

I have mine organized by stamp set name. That really helps. If I get a bug to use that set I just look through the things I have cased and it generates excitement to make things.

Thanks for the heads up on me being not so stange. I did get that they were sorted funny (at least to me). I saved a few Christmas cards that I found last Nov. and when I went to find them they were around Easter times's date. Now some people are just toooo quick!
Thanks ladies!!!!
