I took about 8 pictures of my son and scanned them. I then went into PowerPoint and typed up an invitation on half shee paper. Put a text box smack dab in the middle...size of box is about 3-1/2 x 2-1/2 (give or take). I then inserted the pictures around the text box. It's a vertical invite. I intend to have this whole thing be 4"x5.25". I'm going to use my grad wheel and roll white on navy cardstock. Then adhere this picture invite to the navy paper.

Hope you understand this!!

Here is what I did last year for my son's invitation for grad party. Now I'm working on my daughter's for this year. Haven't gotten them done yet.

Hi!
Our son is graduating this year. I'm using a sheet of Ballet Blue folded in half, fold on the left. Then a layer of silver cardstock, trimmed 1/4" all around, and stamped with images from the retired Wolf Set. His school's mascot is the Timber Wolf. Then I've layered the silver with the Sizzix pocket die cut, the pocket in Ballet Blue and then a layer of white cardstock stamped and embossed in silver with the wolf face. Pulling out of the pocket will be the Sizzix diploma die cut (cut in white, then cut in vellum with metallic confetti and the bow portion is ballet blue again). The diploma has a piece of cardstock with the words "Class of 2006" attached.

On the inside of the card will be his photo attached with silver corners. On the other side will be all the info. These cards are still in progress so I don't have any pictures yet. Hope this helps.

I did a pocket card. I printed out the party info on vellum and attached it to a cardstock tag, and slid that into the pocket. On a smaller tag, I placed my grad's picture. It was ultimately a very time consuming project with many steps so I would probably do something simpler next time. I haven't posted it yet.
