HELP!!! Altered file folder organizer for Baby!

I am going to a baby shower tomorrow and I thought one of those altered file folders would be cute to do for a baby. I need your help with the pocket names. I thought it would be a good organizer for when she goes into the hospital and or things she needs to do before the baby is born. Any ideas for the pocket names? Maybe hospital list, to do list, .......I get stuck right here. I need two more things.

Maybe Contact Lists, Birth Plan, Packing List...

How about a section for "baby's 1st" -- tooth, smile, etc.

Thanks for the ideas I am thinking she will use this when she goes into the hospital so how about these... Things to do, Hospital list, Contact numbers, and Baby information. On the baby information I would type up
Date of Birth:
Time:
Weight:
Height:
any other ideas ?
