I just got my first Bella stamps and don't know how to best mount them. I should say that I have never used an unmounted stamp before. I went on the website and found out that I need to place adhesive onto the block but...what works best? Has anyone tried sticky strip? Thanks in advance!
I started mounting mine on ezmount foam that I got from cornish heritage farms. Then I can use my acrylic blocks. I use mostly wood mount, but I have a handfull of unmounted.
Forgot to add that if you do a search you should be able to pull up a thread that will give you an idea of the options and then you can decide for yourself what works for you. Personally I like having the cushion on the stamp so that is why I went with the ez mount.
But if you want something that is fast in the meantime, you can just put a piece of double stick tape on the back. I do that! I'm both lazy and busy, and until I can sit and do it right, it works for me.
I agree with Cindy. I haven't mounted any of my Bellas (easier for storage) when I want to use one I just put a little double sided tape on the back of the stamp and stick it to an acrylic block.
