I ordered some beads from their site last night and and just curious if they send an order confirmation or anthing letting the customer know their order was received. does anyone know?

They are amazing to deal with! I have ordered from them many times and even though I am from Canada they have been wonderful to deal with. Sometimes I shy away from ordering from the US due to shipping, duty, etc. They work very well with their customers.
I placed an order and didn't recieve a notification. After about a week or so, I emailed them ([email protected]). They didn't have record of my order. They corrected the issue right away and shipped my order out the same day!

I'm from Canada too! I can totallly relate to shying away from ordering from the US b/c of shipping and possible duty charges, but I NEED clear micro beads and couldn't find them at the places I usually shop at in Canada.

I have ordered from Penny Wise several times & have been very happy with the service & products. I believe that I received an email to let me know they received my order & when it was shipped.
I would highly recommend purchasing from Pennywise. Great People and speedy service and delivery..
They always send samples and free product along with directions to make lots of great things..
Highly recommend, but can't remember about the shipment confirmation.
But if in doubt ask them they are very nice and accomodating..

I've always received everything from them promptly, but I can't remember if I got any kind of e-mail from them.... Doesn't help you much, but many folks I know have been ordering from them for quite a while and have NEVER had any issues!
Wow! These guys are great! I received the beads that I ordered thursday night TODAY!(tues). I have NEVER received a package from the US that fast! I'm impressed!
