Have you tried SU's Calypso Coral? It's not a bad substitute for Groovy Guava. I also LOVE the GG, and still have some card stock left from my stash. I'll miss it when it's gone, too!
Groovy Guava and PTI's Melon Berry are identical enough that I use the cardstock and the inks interchangeably.
In fact, I just took a sheet of both to a window and couldn't tell which was which. PTI also has a pack of Melon Berry patterned papers, if you'd like that color in big and little polka dots, stripes or damask.

Gina K. Designs Just Peachy is very, very close. It's just a hair lighter than Groovy Guava, but close enough that I can use my Groovy Guava ribbon and it matches fine.

I have Calypso Coral and that is darker for what I've been wanting to use. I will look into those other colors. I do still have almost a whole spool of the ribbon left, so that will work with either of those as well!
I have a dozen sheets of GG along with some scraps that I'd be happy to send to a good home. PM me your address and I'll get it out it to you right away!
