I was getting concerned about an order, and tried to look it up on their store page. It wasn't found, so I used their contact link to ask about it.
Seriously, within 10 minutes I had an answer email from Cindy, the owner. Turns out the order had been sitting at my house for about a week! I had ordered some of her beautiful line of stamps that coordinate with Spellbinders die sets, as well as one lonely sheet of clearance paper, so I was expecting a larger 12 x 12 package. Turns out that piece of paper had already sold out, so my order was in a small padded envelope, with a refund. Trouble is, we had also ordered several cds and dvds for my daughter's birthday. As those size packages arrived, they got put out of sight so she wouldn't see them. My stamp package got mixed in with the hidden gifts.
Cindy even called my cell to make sure that everything was OK. They had an issue with order carts for a couple of days, which was why I couldn't look up my order. All the orders went through, there was just a glitch in looking them up.
This was my 3rd order, and the customer service is definitely fantastic!
