Default Grandma Card?

Hi. Last night someone was telling me about a type of card she called a Grandma Card. Can you share more about this card or show me a sample?

I have always used the term "Grandma Card' to refer to cards that I make that have noticible flaws. They get sent to my Grandma who has glasses and is 92 years old, hence less than perfect vision. She never sees the flaws and loves my cards as if they were perfect.
