Default Goodbye/Good luck card idea needed

I'm having a mind block. I was nominated by my coworkers to make the goodbye/good luck card for my department head who's taking a new position after 20 years with us. The card has to be big enough for a bunch of people to sign, needs to be somewhat masculine, and very professional.

I can't come up with anything that I think is suitable. :( Do any of you have any suggestions, or could you point me to something in the gallery?

Thanks so much!

JoAnn,

Maybe something like Wildlife Reserve or another stamp using birds of prey.

I was asked this spring to make a really huge card for a lady in our church. I used a folder instead of cardstock and filled it with 8.5x11 pages of stationery. Not sure if you need one that size and since mine was for a lady, it had tulips. But here is the "Huge Card."
