I'm hoping someone can help me with a sentiment. My dear SIL has a bit of a medical enigma going on - she has a combo of vision/balance/other symptoms that made us fear a tumor of some sort. Thankfully, after the first round of tests, it looks like we can rule that out. Problem is, she still doesn't know what's wrong! More tests coming up of course. So not only is she feeling yucky, she's also frustrated at not knowing what in the world is going on! She's not the type for smushy/sweet cards - I need to make her laugh.
So, I want to send her a get well/sucks that you're not feeling well kind of card. I've already stamped and colored the girl from MFT's Bunny Slippers - (sample at To Go Mug~KelliJo by KelliJo at Splitcoaststampers - thanks KelliJo!)
The robe is in light pink (just like my SIL's favorite smushy robe), the background is Bordering Blue, and the bunny slippers are covered in white fun flock to make them fuzzy. Only problem is: what do I say? I want something funny to make her laugh while still getting in our concern about her issues. Any suggestions from you wonderful, talented, card-making ladies on SCS today??? I woud be more than amenable to words for the front, the inside, or both!
Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Reason: add pic of stamp
I'm sure you will get some great ideas from all the talented people here.
Another suggestion..when I'm looking for something funny and offbeat, I go to a store and look through the regular greeting cards, like Hallmark Shoebox, etc. for humorous sayings.
I've found some wonderful sayings that I never would have thought of. I keep a little notebook in my purse so when I'm in a store with cards I can jot down any sentiments I like.
I love kitty cats and just recently found a cute birthday saying for a card with a cat on the front: Outside, "You're not getting older." Inside, "The mice are just getting faster."

I have a sentiment stamp set I got from Hambo, I made a card for my friend with it. The part that goes in front says something like "Sorry to hear you're not feeling well." The part to stamp inside says, "Dibs on your organs!" I think it is hilarious!
Hey Karen! I like the "warm cozy" tie-in with the bunny slippers! (PS, I'm LOVIN' the new TAC sets and thanks for the cards/envelopes. You were right - they are so cute!)
Vicki, I love the Hambo sentiment that you offered as well. Since it's my brother's wife and she knows how much we love to pick on each other, I might have to tie in something about fighting him for them! Tee hee hee.
I'm sure they ruled out an inner ear infection. Sounds like the same symptons. I second going to Viva Las Vegas stamps. They have some wicked funny stamp sayings.

I like the get well set from Cornish Heritage Farms' Kim Hughes Collection. None of the sayings are funny on their own, but the images and the font make for non-smushy, comical cards.
Thanks everyone for your help. Based on your suggestions, I have some new stamps on my wish list for the next time (hopefully not soon!) that I need to make a get well card.
And just in case you were wondering, I finally decided on putting the stamped image off to one side of the card front, then on the other side I put two small pieces of matted cardstock. The top one said "sometimes life sucks" and the bottom one said "love helps". Then on the inside, I wrote "so do a comfy, smushy robe and warm, fuzzy bunny slippers!" I stamped the bunny slippers on Pink Pirouette, covered them in white Fun Flock, then cut them out and put them in the middle of the inside of the card, then wrote our personal message below that.
I would include a pic, but the DH just left on a motorcycle trip down to the coast to see his folks. And he took the camera with my latest card pics with him! I'm thinking of him today while he rides as well as my dear SIL - she has more doctor's appointments this morning. Hopefully they'll figure out what's going on and just get it fixed! Keep your fingers crossed for her, will you? THanks in advance.
