I need a fried egg for a K project...I have a stamp but it doesn't do it. Any suggestions how to make one using punches? Thanks I am sure I am overthinking this...

You could just punch the yolk from yellow with either a circle or oval punch (depending on the angle you're viewing the egg at) and then freehand the white. A fried egg doesn't have a particular shape unless you've used a mold of some sort so I don't think there's a "wrong" shape for it to be!
I have some inspiration for you. I'll link a card I did for a challenge a while ago- I created bacon and eggs. Take a look and maybe it will help. PM me if you have any questions.
:-)
