Fossil Stone Technique?

Does anyone have directions on how to do the fossil stone technique? It was a topic in yesterday's Inkling, but I could not open any of the links. I loved the samples and would really like the directions.

Thanks for the responses. I should have been more specific. I can open the actual link from the newsletter and I have gone to the techniques thread, but it is the actual file with the directions that I cannot open. So, if anyone here has them, please email them to me directly at [email protected]
